As Founder and Principal Consultant of Hayes Street Consulting, Nikita McClain, SHRM-CP, CCE, brings over 20 years of experience and leadership in areas including Human Resources, Operations, Organizational Development, and Leadership Coaching. Nikita’s transformative work centers on optimizing potential, thriving work cultures, and impactful change to advance an organization’s work and mission. Her team-centric approach and methods for aligning HR initiatives with strategy have delivered lasting impact during her tenure with organizations in manufacturing, healthcare, nonprofit and financial service industries. In addition to formal education at the University of Alabama and Western Michigan University, Nikita is a lifelong learner with certifications in HR management, financial counseling, DEIB, nonprofit capacity building, and executive leadership to name a few. She devotes time and talents to volunteerism, board service and mentoring.
