Our Founder
Nikita McClain, CCE, SHRM-CP, CCUFC, brings 20 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Organizational Development to her work specializing in transformative workplace solutions for mission-driven organizations and growing businesses. As Founder and Principal Strategist of Hayes Street Consulting, she has seamlessly guided numerous organizations through periods of change, growth, and cultural transformation.
Drawing from an extensive leadership career, Nikita developed a unique approach to building sustainable HR practices and systems that elevate stakeholder clarity and organizational mission. Her work has improved effectiveness and impact for a range of organizations, consistently delivering sustainable solutions. Her thought leadership and collaborative leadership style make her a trusted advisor to leaders navigating complex workplace challenges and a guiding mentor to professionals advancing their careers.
